I came up with this topic, simply because I experienced it while creating this blog and this post lol. Even though I really committed to changing my approach to the unknown in general, we all know that change NEVER is easy and always comes with ups and downs throughout the journey itself. Especially when there’s this little voice in our head screaming to go back to our normal routine, as soon as we just try to change even one damn thing. It’s normal, THIS is your coping mechanism, your subconscious mind, which is trying to keep you safe by keeping up your normal habits.
But that’s the voice you gotta beat, in order to grow and evolve into the best and most authentic version of yourself.
How many of you have goals, plans, things they want to experience, change or just improve - nonetheless most of us don’t change a damn thing. I get it. I was there too, seeking comfort and safety - but at what cost?
How bad does it need to get for you to wake up and take responsibility over your life again? Most of us still live in our heads, trapped by their own thoughts and assumptions - but only few know, how those very same assumptions and thoughts create and determine their reality. See, if you keep repeating that you’re not capable of achieving this and that in your life, that you’re not good enough for your dream career - whatever it may be - that you’re not enough in general, not worthy of love, not pretty enough, thin enough .. That’s what’s going to be your reality. See, your brain doesn’t really know the difference between imagination and experienced reality - so how you talk to yourself DOES MATTER.
The same goes with fear of the unknown. Your brain has been conditioned to express fear as a signal for you to seek safety and comfort. Which is obviously good, if you’re living in the wilderness and have to flee from a bear or a wild animal - that’s where this signal was originally programmed into our brains btw. And it has been passed on from generation to generation until today - but nowadays, fear, especially when created irrational, is just holding you back!
If you try to find peace by taking actions from a place of guilt or fear, you’ll find yourself experiencing more of these energies yourself.
Ask yourself: what is it that makes me come alive? Whatever that thing was or is now is the thing that deserves your full attention. It doesn’t matter whether or not it seems practical. Keep doing it and think about it for no other reason than it feels good.
A lot of times we have these desires and things that we want and are determined to manifest them but in our head we are still fully doubting that we’re actually going to receive the things that we want. This is your ego and your limiting beliefs that are crippling in again - it’s totally normal because we’re all human beings and healing, as well as working towards expanding your limiting beliefs is a process and a journey. So don’t beat yourself up.
To break that pattern, I want you to start putting your energy towards winning. Start betting on yourself and start believing in yourself and be prepared for the things you ask for. Of course you consciously might think that you are prepared for the things that you desire, but where are your thoughts when it comes to them? Is your mindset fully on board, or are you self sabotaging?
We all experience that on a daily basis but most of you aren’t aware of how much impact this self sabotaging thoughts actually can have and will have on your reality. The program running in your brain is often full of doubts, fears and limitations making it difficult for you to manifest from your authentic self.
You gotta believe that there is no failure - that everything works for your highest good. Start acting like the person you’re going to be, that’s the most powerful way you can manifest and attract the things that you want into your life. Change your perspective, reinvent your thought patterns and make your brain and mind a peaceful place to life. You’re supposed to see the beauty within you, the uniqueness, your divinity. The most important thing is trusting. Have faith in the Universe and in yourself because then there’s no room for doubts left.
Every day we put ourselves in the perfect position to create the reality we want with our thoughts. We vote in favor or against of getting what we want with them daily - So ask yourself how are you voting?
Self sabotaging thoughts put us in limbo - they slow down the process, only IF you choose to nourish them. Only IF you spiral down. It’s up to you. It’s your choice, so be aware of it. Don’t waste your precious energy and mind that has the ability to create anything you want, for something you don’t want. Realizing that you are not your ego is key to get things rolling for your highest good. You are not your limiting beliefs. You are not your fears and doubts - you have the ability to choose. So when those thoughts come up you got to choose to win, you got to believe that the thing is already yours. That you are the winner. Affirm that you’re worthy of success everyday. I want you to make that a part of your identity. Start putting in the work to be a winner. Start journaling, start shadow working, affirming and believing that you’re the author of your own book - of your life. You are capable of achieving anything you set your mind up to. You’ll never know what’s going to happen but affirming that everything is going to work out for you is the only thing that should be certain. Act as if it’s already done. What would you focus on if the desire was already yours? The thing that popped up into your mind, is what you should do now. After you graduate, you’ll look for jobs to apply. Great, start looking for them now. After you’ll get the money you want to go on a trip. Start planning the trip now. This is where your beliefs start to kick in. Again, your subconscious doesn’t know what is real and what is imagined. So if you take these action steps and radiate that energy of gratitude for already having it, your brain starts doing the thing for you. The only thing you gotta stay consistent with, is your belief and your delusional faith in the Universe. You are worthy of it all!
And when you first tap into that authentic version of yourself you’ll simply know it. So trust the universe, trust the process and remember: You can have it all.
That’s what life looks like when you are prepared to win. You stop wasting your energy overthinking how you’re going to be able to achieve that big goal of yours. By simply knowing that you WILL achieve it, no matter what, you detach from the when. That’s another topic I will catch up on later in this blog - but for now I’ll leave you with this until next week.
